removing struts....

I will be removing the struts on my RA40 durin the week to replace the springs, Has anyone got tips or pointers to make this easier?

losen the top nut through the strut top slightly first..
use spring compressors to stop yourself taking your head off...
besides that its very easy, I did it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was simple.
oh yeah, jack the car up beforehand

Get a workshop manual before you start, it's worth its weight in gold if you've never done it before.

cant stress enough the need for good spring compressors. the more the merrier. springs are LETHAL when they go off.
