92 rodeo, with comodore v6 - now with pics Sun, 24 April 2005 23:40 Go to next message
g'day,

i am selling my 92 spacecab rodeo.
it is white.
has been fitted with a comodore v6 motor using a rod hatfield - castlemaine rod shop kit.
the car has 335 km but the motor was done at 300km and had 150km on it. the box is a rodeo 5 speed that was replaced with a 50km version when the conversion was done.
the interior is retrimmed - standard style (different inserts i believe) ie. no blue plush pile crap.

15 in csa alloys.
rego till jan 2006
4 brand new tyres....
cd player..
tinted windows

i have a roll pan which is unfitted at the moment.
i have removed the tie down rails from the outside of the tray and remounted them inside. i have also removed the touneu clips, but have not had the holes welded yet.

i am selling as i need a 4wd to tow my boat. the ute tows awesome, but is too light.

pics are on there way.. probly today....

$8000

what that probably means is that he chooses to sit back and read rather than harass peoples for sale posts, to try and improve his post count, so he can tell all the rest of his loser mates with loser cars how cool he is for having alot of post on a car internet site......

if you have some problem with the car i am selling please feel free to pm me.... if not i would appreciate it if you would stay out of this thread...

I can vouch for how well this ute will tow. Stew was generous enough to lend it to me following an EC Off street disaster to tow my JZA70 Supra + spares + trailer all the way back to newcastle in the middle of the night (drove with a broken wrist too - but thats another story).

Must have been over 3000kg (+ the ute) all up and the motor pulled like it wasnt there. Granted I would have liked a little more mass in the tray for overtaking manouvres in the 5 tonne rig, but it really showed what a great truck it was.

Good luck with the sale, you wont need it nearly as much as you will with the interfering dickheads around here.

Matt
