quick stupid 4age Q (rwd) Mon, 25 April 2005 09:57 Go to next message
just want to know if i can use the RWD top water outlet on the head in conjunction with a 4ac rear water pump housing, or do i need the rwd 4age water pump housing also? i have them on seperate cars and the water pump housing from the 4ac looks like it will work with the top radiator hose outlet.

yes you can use the rwd 4age water out let on the head with the 4ac water pump. i did the same thing with mine. the 4ac top hose also fits if you cut it down a bit.

Cheers
Craig

GOOD LUCK!!!! That top radiator outlet is one of those rockinghorse shit type items...

you are seriously better off using the FWD parts like i did here:

i got mine from toyota and you will need the rwd 4age bypass tube. i think it was only about $100 for both and it also looks alot neater then the AE82 remote thermostat housing.

aehachi, yeah i used to work at toyota and i rung my old work up the other day and even with them giving me staff price it was more than that Rolling Eyes
