i dont understand why u need a custom pulley. the compresser if used with the correct bracket should sit above the exhaust and run from the extra pully on the fan.

the two pulleys that are on the water pump (behind the fan) are different sizes. because the air con is to run of the 2nd cranshaft pulley (same size as 1st pulley), if you run them over 2 different sized pulley they will fight and wear out the belt.
it would be like putting your can in 1st and 2nd at the same time
and the pulley i made has got 2 pulleys of the same size spaced the same width as the two inner pulleys on your crank. i have 3 grooves on my crankshaft pulley.
