You would think that Repco would stock K&N Air Filters wouldn't you! But, to my dismay, they don't!

Anyway, I'm in Brisbane, Northside to be exact and if anyone knows of a store that stocks them, can you please tell me!!!

Also, what are your opinions on those Hiclone thingys?

I think you'll find autobarn stock K&N filters.

They certainly have Simota ones.

I got mine from down at the strathpine plaza last year when (autoone? couldn't be bothered to pull out reciept right now) was there. Had to order it though.

That hiclone just looks like a gimmick to me. I don't know how swirling the air will make it mix better with the fuel. IMO it would make it worse with more turbulance and something partially in the way of the airflow. Just get the better filter and run on optimax/bp ultimate.

hmm, repco had be best range last time i checked, although i am in NSW. But I know you can get em at Supercheap Auto. Maybe Robbos stock them too. Yeah, and Auto One is good. Just make sure you also get the K&N Filter care kit. comes with oil and detergent for cleaning your filter.
I got a Hiclone (came with the car) I took it out ages ago, then i found out that the thing was worth $150, so i whacked it back in! haha
for that kind of dough, you'd damn well want it to do something!
