gz20 soarer front bar removal

guys anyone here know how to remove the front bar for a gz20 soarer will need to take it off soon to fit the new intercooler a hybrid copy one
any other things worth doing while the bar is off
any help is appreciated

You don't have to remove it to fit the hybrid.
Mount it from underneath, put it on a couple of blocks until you are happy with the location. Then attach the brackets to secure it, Bunnings brackets did it for me.
Piping, well it just makes it neatly with mainly preset bends , 45 and 90 deg. A few cuts, get it welded and get some decent clamps.

cheers andrew will do that and see how i go i thought the front bar had to come off to get the old one off and the new one in, hopefully i will sucessfully do it without taking the bar off and damaging anything

I just finished my cooler fit and I would remove the front bar if I were you, it will make your job 100x easier

headlights out first, basically just undo all the bolts you can see, i did mine about a month ago so i cant really remeber all the details sorry, but i would remove it if youre going to be fitting a new cooler, will make life a hell of a lot easier
