Questions about rust

Since I don't know a lot about cars and rust..
and I have no time to ask the panel shop for the rust repair.
However They told me that the rust of my car is really so minor and not in the (what they call expensive position) So I fix it!
ONe more thing the reason of selling the car..
My GF from overseas came to study too...
she hate the car with no air-con and probably I need a
more confort car for her if possible ^.^ you guys know...^.^
The price I think is So reasonable...
will be post on tradingpost this week so
