Locked threads - morbid curiosity?
|

Just a quick one:
Does anyone else see a locked thread and instantly dive in to have a read?
or am I the only I just can't help it - I wanna know who's been naughty and why and occaisonaly just to laugh at them.
Am I alone in this?

always, and I'd almost kill for access to the deleted threads
I'm never curious about people personally, but if something was so bad it had to be deleted, I wanna know what it was

I think most people are curious to see why a thread was deleted or why someone got banned.
I think it's just our voyeuristic nature or we are just sticky beaks.
Human nature "wet paint, don't touch" so we touch,"don't look" so we peek,I'm just as guilty as the next person.

Believe me they aren't deleted to protect the posters it's done to protect the image of the forum and the club that provides it. Having the rubbish out there for everyone to view would defeat the purpose.

at the same time that deleted threads are interesting, theres a reason they're deleted, we dont care what the thread says, but more why it was deleted, which in itself is kinda what was said but anyway...
would be a cool feature, but not happening

So why was bloodninja thread deleted?
Is it because of some of the vulgar quotes of bloodninja and his aliases?

For the same reason it was deleted the first three times or so it was posted. This is the forum of a car club not a play area for kids. If the content is offensive or not appropriate as being associated with the club then it will be removed.
The fact is that the majority of people in the otu house contribute nothing to the forum or club other than rubbish in this section of the forum. News flash this is going to stop.
