one of the cops at eastwood police station owns an as-new mkIII supra (except a big exhaust)... wonder if he's appreciate a toymods flyer under his windscreen wiper?

On the note of fliers under windscreens, is there any? I've seen a few guys with modified toyotas and I wanna refer them to the group, but can't.
Also bumped into Gary (white GT4), and asked if he knew about the group ... which he did, and we chatted while my pizza was being cooked.

Yes we do have flyers, & they have just been recently updated. We should have a bundle or so to give out at next months meeting, and will (or might already) have a copy of the flyer you can download & printout yourself.
I think you should definitely put one under the cops w'screen wiper, we should encourage police to join our club!
I did initially think about laws to do with distributing w'screen flyers, but I think we'd be ok 'cos we don't go putting them on every car in a street, they're more like personal invitations.

Just an idea, it might bring more trouble than its worth.
You could almost garuntee 90% of Toymodders cars don't comply with ADR37 and this could cause some un-needed heat if he were to start scanning the forums for alot of people.
Any car with a pod filter,exhaust of larger than factory diameter or intercooler etc etc immediatly classes you as in breach of ADR37 under the new understanding of it.
That would mean alot of ppl.
Just my 2c.

Supragte, that officer's Supra has a bigger exhaust than standard. They could hardly book us if they're breaking the same laws.
