Hey looking for any info on this.. Blew one of my turbos on the weekend and have a R33 bb turbo sitting waiting for another car and was wondering if their was any conceivable reason why this wouldnt be a good idea?

Also if anyone knows of where i could get a cheapish T3 manifold to suit? and a custom dump pipe in Adelaide?

I wont bother if i get the 1g-gte turbos cheap but thought this could be a ok option for now.

Any thoughts

It would work reasonably well, but I probably wouldn't bother unless I was going to make the parts myself. The Nissan turbo's are quite killable if you go pushing them, and by the time you buy a manifold etc. it might end up adding up quite a lot.

I have a set of twin hks td04 turbo's on adaptors, complete kit for 1ggte, for sale, and I'm in Adelaide
turbo's need new front wheels though

You can buy (or make) a cheapish manifold that connects the stock twin exhaust manifolds together and then put whatever flange you like on that. I think http://www.turbonetics.com.au have done something like this. Search for the "Supra twin-to-single turbo manifold adapter".
