2TB manifold fit 3T? Mon, 02 May 2005 00:51 Go to next message
I am selling some twin carbs off a 2TB and a possible buyer asked if they will fit a 3T. I have done a search on this and I was a bit confused with different answers. From what I gather, the 2TB manifold is the same as the 3T but the carb size is slightly different. Is this correct? also will they run a 3T ok, I don't want to sell something that won't work correctly.

Thanks
Ben

Do you mean a 2tg or a 2tb? 2tg is fine for swapping with 3tc inlet manifolds. Carbies should be ok too.

Yep, according to my info, the 2TB is the same as the 2TC/3TC. The B is an obsolete engine code that specifies toyota factory downdraught carbies. Nice one! These would be cool to have just cos they are toyota made. They should fit.
