Hi

anyone happen to know if the R series gearbox will fit the 2,2 or 2,4 diesel engine?¨

or if the 5speed w59 gearbox from 1c diesel will fit 2,2-2,4 diesel?

With the correct bellhousing anything will fit.

R series were mounted behind L series engines so yes.

Specifically R151 behind 2LT.

Don't know much about W59.
