How to do a 4AGE engine replacement

hey guys, i just bought myself a super schmick toyota sprinter (dream car and im only 14yrs old!) and i am wanting to replace the tired old 4AC (that has mannyyy kays) with a 4AGE. I was just wondering wat is involved? do i need a new ECU? is it a bolt in jobs?any major probs to look out for?
and btw i chose this engine due to the amount of conversons alreadfy done, hence lots of help

You're proabably about to get nailed for not searching first. So - search, learn, ask.

what a pleasant newbie thread! ahhh, i feel like a ray of sunshine has lit up toymods, and burnt people who go out of their way to be the first to call someone takumi etc.

do lots of seaching newbie, LOTS of searching, you can never know too much about these engines.
use google too
