best place for suspension mods for a JZA80

my friend's considering buying a JZA80, the only hassle being it's got doughy suspension, and is lowered 3".
can anybody recommend a place that would do good suspension work to lift it up a bit and put in a good set of koni's/kyb's. He doesn't mind paying a bit extra for good work (and I'm pushing him toward becoming a toymods member himself)

more info?
is that a springs and shocks kit? if so how low is it? he doesn't wnqt to be scraping speed bumps and driveways all the time
