not used on the road so as new condition

Nah, don't think so. Check the pic this is the shape. I have seen the later model bar fitted to this shape just not sure how work is involved.

i think the only prob is that my grill comes out a lil so u may have to fit that grill if itfits or make up a blanking plate as i have seen it on the model after urs (which has the same front shape) and it had the gap.
however i can get one off that shape, but just the upper section r u interested
