If that dyno graph is of a 3SGTE, I'd be assuming it's coming on boost at the 90km/h mark (I prefer it when they put it against RPM!)
To really see what the AFR is like though, you really need to have a MAP comparison too...
It actually looks pretty good at the "lean" end if it's off boost, but is way too rich later on.. Should only really hit a 11.5AFR at worst (With a stock tune) and most aftermarket tuners tune to around 12 for safety, and 12.5 for full on performance (On a turbo car that is)

10 to 1 air fuel is normal at wide open throttle for a std ecu
both nissan and toyota do this for safety
my 1uz hits 10 to 1 anytime the tps sees over about 90%
it is called wide open throttle mode
u will find when fittin a unichip or safc taking fuel out up hi makes power
