No shit they are 4 stud.
I think he wants to know if they are 4x100 or 4x114.3.

Hey man its called the PCD, Pitched circle diameter.
You measure from, centre of one stud hole across the centre of the wheel to the centre of the opposite stud hole on the wheel.

The picture looks like a sprinter , but the rim offset most likely is 38+ so it will not fit the front if still using toyota struts . Also the tyre profile would have to be 45 series for the correct rolling diameter for the speedo , & to fit in the guards . I have seen a set of those on a 180 before.
