I have a UCF11,and the std stereo setup is 4x 4" speakers (which run off the deck btw, they're not amplified),tweeters in the sails of the front doors, and an 8" sub in the parcel shelf which has it's own separate amp,and is not a kenwood. they're pioneers in the doors and the sub is a clarion from memory.
the F package cars had nakamichi gear.

the headunit IS an odd shape, but uses std 2DIN mounting brackets behind the fascia. the plastic surround you have is very rare over here,I haven't been able to track one down yet, will have to order out of Japan.

my car currently has two pair of 6" splits in the doors (which were NOT easy to fir up either),and a cheap 8" in the back, while I source the rest of the gear for a proper install.

good luck with your Sale!

yeah ive found out how damn hard putting speakers into a celsior is.
i had to jigsaw some mdf board to mount between the speakers and the factory mounting points. They were made all the more difficult because the large magnets on the back of the speakers would hit the bars in the door, so i had to reposition the speakers.
So far ive removed the 8" and the stacker to make room for an amp (going to be installed where the stacker was) and 2 x 12" subs which are going behind a false back to the boot. The boot is so large that it wont even matter Smile. Where the sub was, im leaving empty so that the cabin can get some of the bass.
The tweeters only just mounted behind the factory mounting points (theyre so tight i didnt even need to affix them to anything).
The rear tweeters ive got stuck to the top of the rear ashtrays in the doors. There will be no smoking in my car so i figured they would look okay there and i dont have to drill any holes in my car Smile
Its sounding pretty good atm, ive still got to put in the drivers side speakers, subs, amp, and ive got 2 more 6" speakers i might use for centre channels or just put in the boot for show(s) Rolling Eyes
