Quik summary, bought half cut, parts stolen, got lots of pieces for car but need little info. Oh the engine is already in which makes it harder, and the half-cut gone. Don't go to PETER NIVEN PERFORMANCE.
1. My CSi hatch has what looks like an oil cooler and lines. Did the ZE block have one ?? As can't find holes for the inlet and outlet.
2. I have noticed people using the SX instrument cluster with the 4AGZE. Do i need to buy the loom for the SX or 4AGZE to make it work. As i have my standard cluster and loom inplace at the moment.
3. Can't find where the speedo plug goes into (ZE)gearbox ?
Cheers Arthur

1. My ZE doesent have an oil cooler, or possibility of one without modification. I dont think any of them came with one stock
2. Im not sure, But ill have an educated guess. First you WILL need a GZE loom and ecu to run the engine, i guess that being a similar motor originally, that most of the dash will still work as long as u wire it up correctly.
3. Follow it from the dash out the firewall if you have to.

1. Mine Doesn't have an oil cooler.
2. You should have most of the wiring you'll need to get a 12pin plug from an SX (or another brown 10 pin and adapt) and re-pin all plugs, extend some wires and re-pin them... There are various guides over at twincam.org, just seach for cluster in the FAQ section. You may or may not need to modify the tacho electricals in the SX dash to work with the Gze... again FAQ or one of the forums at twincam.org has a document detailing howto accomplish this.
3. If you have an AE101 it will be an electrical sender, an AE92 box will have a mechanical sender. It is located on the firewall side of the gearbox, below the shifter cables... almost below where they are held onto the gearbox by the clips... just a bit closer to the engine.
