Kai - XBOX players unite! For those of you who like multiplayer

I personally have been searching for an alternative to XBOX Live, which is fucking expensive for what it's worth, and I've found this system called KAI.
You run it on your PC and your PC tunnels xbox System Link games over the internet to other players over the internet and it just looks to your XBOX like you are playing them on a local lan. It's actually very good, works really really well, but there aren't enough Australian players on!
Have a look if your into multiplayer XBOX, we need more players!

I never really had much success with kai... but i suggest you also try XBConnect. That is what i have been using and it works a charm.

its $80 dollars a year for xbox live and it is worth it xbconnect is too laggy to even play

just got kai worken, its pretty simple to get worken
although the only game i have that people play on there is Halo 2, so i got in to test only to get my but owned (i hate the controller for FPS, i cant get past the second level in halo2  )
Looks like ill have to get a copy of forza, tones of people playing that

Yeah, It's very HALO 2 centric, but it does depend on the time that you play, because there are a few other games that fire up from time to time.
I always get beaten in HALO 2, BADLY
but
Doom 3 sometimes runs
and Ghost Recon 2
But......
Forza is the go. You want a copy? I've got it.
THat and midnight Club 3. That's really good to play online, I've had some fiercly fought matches on it, it's really quite good.

i got xbox live starter kit, 12 months, for half price ($40) when i bought halo 2.
i love online play, it rules.

I just downloaded Kai, easy setup, great idea. I got straight into Forza
but that is the only game I can seem to find games for.
It wont let me into Halo2 or Doom3. but its probably a problem on this end.
sif pay for xbox live, ms can eat a dick.

deltathing: Halo2 there is plenty of players for on kai, but Doom 3 is often hard to find a game for.
Forza rocks though doesn't it.

I can find plenty of games from my PC for halo2 and sometimes DOom, but when i get to the xbox, nothing shows up. its strange.
yeah Forza is great, i suck though  end up having to drive half the race with a bent control arm or soemthing.. I must keep practicing.

Router or a switch?
is your PC multi-homed? IE onne side of it has the router & the xbox and another network connection has the internet?
