VOLVO = SAFETY!!!
Buy her a volvo and stick toyota badges on it.
But for seriousness, go the Cressida!

Two options are camry and cressida , does she need a big car?, if not tell her to get a st162 or st184 celica.

That's real nice of you. By rights you'd want your sister to have a couple of scratches .. thats it
A 'few' broken bones...

ive had an SV21 and a TX5 (same as 626)
the SV21 is a much better motor, drove alot smoother and had heaps more torque pulled really well from down low as apposed to the TX5 which felt really breathless, i guess its casue its only a single cam where as the SV21 is a twincam engine.
fuel economy was better in the camry too, having said the the TX5 had a much better interior (seriously they have awsome seats! and all power options also) this is toyotas only real downfall, unless u get the ulitima model which only comes in auto, better seats cruise control power windows, a light around the door locks so u can see it at nite same with ignition barrel. if she wants a manaul try get a 2nd series CSI or first series CSX but if shes happy with auto get an ultima.
oh yea ultima comes with 4 wheel discs as well im pretty sure.
anway i hope i helped, camrys feel more solid than the TX5 too.
