mufflers on turbos do not add power.
removing a restrictive muffler and putting on a high flow one will increase power a reasonable amount

for turbos the usual rule of thumb with exhausts is usually the bigger and shorter the better
|

This will also make it heaps louder to. To get something you have to give something up.
more power = more noise
