how to get rid of sludge from engine

guys will be getting my car serviced soon , doing it myself and was wondering how can i get all this black greasy stuff that i can see inside the engine ( when i open the oil cap and look around it i can see it plus ive stuck my finger inside and scraped some off its not too bad though --- my sis pulsar is far worse)
previously when draining the oil a few times the oil has been jet black even after changing at 5000ks car has 87,000ks on it and is a gen 2 gz20 soarer (plus i can do it for my sis pulsar too)
any of you got any ideas that can be done at home and wont cost too much / or any add on products to the engine oil that will get rid of it from the engine
car has not been used in 6 months due to license suspension , although ive driven it around the block at least 4 times a week

nulon engine oil flush. ($11.00)
Put it in the oil before changing the oil. Let the car idle for ten mins. Then chnage the oil. Dont drive the car with this suff in it. It works very well and cleans alot of crap out. It is recomended that the car is warm before adding it so go for a short drive fist.
If it is really bad do it twice. Buy some cheap oil like castrol gtx3 or gtx2 and run that for 50Kms then flush it again with the nulon stuff.
Then look in your head. Im sure you will be very happy.

you can put desiel in the motor or alternativley use mobil delvac desiel oil which is also suitable for petrol and performance motors. When you change your oil after using either of these methods put in that engine flush stuff

Yeah its better to do all this shit so then at least the engine will be a bit cleaner and maybe run smoother (hopefully) engine oil is a drama with m car I have a long story to tell about it but in a nutshell
I have tried 4 different oils 1 being semi synthetic and the other two synthetic and 1 normal oil
Mobil 1 5w-50 (synthetic)
Castrol synth-R ( or somewhere likewise) 10w-60 (synthetic)
Penrite 15w-60 (semi-synthetic)
Penrite 20w-60 (normal)
Tried all of them and wasted heaps of money , cause the car was running rough, kinda shuddering feeling ,, will come and go , come and go , ( vroooomm—shudder—vrooommmm& ;#8212;shudder—vroom ---shudder) like that about a 3 sec brake between the shudders ------- all this happened when the car would be at cold start in Melbourne winter, I tried all the kinds of oil mentioned above and the only one that made the car not shudder much was the last one the 20w-60 from penrite
But all those oils made the car run very smooth when the car was warm ( car sounded like a mouse) no noise at all
My car also used to take ages to warm up , like 15 0- 20 mins atleast to reach the half mark ( all these tests were conducted when the car was in that state )
Later found out that the thermo stat was stuck open and that why the car was taking that long to warm up
Now im thnking that’s prob why the car was running rough like that during cold start cause the engine oil wasn’t at normal operating temperature and wasn’t performing how it should have been
So now I have to do the tests all over again to see which one will work well
Damn bugger of a job
I also found out that the soarer was made to run on 10w-30 oil ( shiteeeeeeeeee)
And to make matters worse for me Toyota sell the genuine 10w-30 oil , so im going to try that one out
If im not happy with it , I mi9ght go with the 15w-60 penrite semi synthetic
Its up to you what u want to put in the car , but im recommending the 15w-60 penrite its good stuff I will let u know how I went with the Toyota oil as I haven’t tried it yet
For now the penrite 15w-60

perhaps you have an earthing problem or something?
voltage problem perhaps?
I know the plastic fronts over the lights on my soarer get dirty easy, and they can make it look not so bright... but my lights are really bright, esp. on hibeam

yeah the prioblem is when the soarer was manufatured there wasnt any synthetic oil around, so the engine was made to run on mineral oil so that why im a bit concerned plus the car is old now and im thinking the tolerances for the engine was higher as compared to the finer tolearnces used to make newer car engines plus the wear and tear 0f the ngine has to be cosidered that why they say use thicker oil for older engine
and 15 years is getting old to me
