Questions about 4age bigport 16v

Just need some information guys:
1. Are the valve lifters and shims in the head of this engine identical for exhaust and inlet sides?
2. I was looking at the picture in tech docs of toymods of cylinder head picture 1 of a pretty intense engine in a lotta bits with labellings and numbers. I noticed numbers such as '280 (20,27)' does this represent the torque settings? if so which part does? is it in kg.cm or ft.lb?
thats got me pretty confused.
3. I need the torque settings for a lot of the bits of the engine, if question 2 is correct and those numbers represent torque settings than ignore this question please.
I require NM for head, inc camshaft bearing cap, head to bottom end bolts, inlet mani, exhaust mani (im running extractors 4-2-1 is it differnt?), cam gears.
4. What are the Torque settings for flywheel? are they the same as the 20v? i ran a search and found 20v torque rate but not 16v.
Thanks in advance guys
Choony
PS: everything is stock, besides the extractors

Camshaft bearing caps: 12-14 Nm
Cylinder Head Bolts: 55-64 Nm
Camshaft Timing Pulley Bolt: 40-53 Nm
Timing belt idler pulley set bolt: 30-44 Nm
Spark Plugs: 15-20 Nm
Intake Mani: 26-30 Nm
Exhaust Mani: 22-27 Nm
Flywheel: 69-78 Nm
Seriously, invest in a 4age engine service manual. It is SOOOOOO useful. The manual is online so i don't know why you need to ask That only took me 2 mins to find all those settings in my book so it's definately an awesome investment.
In reference to the shims, you have to measure each one indivually. DONT mix up the order of them though because you need to know what shim gives what clearance and whether it's in tolerable ranges.
Eddie.
