you can use a turbo timer on anything... be it turbo/super or even n/a.
the question is, is there any benefits of running one. depends on how you drive and if you are more interested in the other features of the turbo timer, for example the 0-100 times and such.
in short, if you drive hard, it will let your car cool down slowly, and u can also get accurate performance times, so go for it, there not real expensive anyway.
Cheers,

PS (of course, if your car is stock, you could always put the money towards something more useful)

from what ive heard turbo timers will earn you a defect as they will keep the fuel pump running in an accident you only need them if you are uber lazy im pretty lazy and boost my car hard on the way to work each morning which inevitably gives me more time to let the car cool down when i get there
