Are we talking R154, in that case its $1200-$1500

Or the 2JZGE W58 - $800-$1000

Or the older W58 - $300-$500

Depends how you want to drive, and how much you want to spend.

W55/57/58 will last the power, providing you treat it nicely.

If you want to drift it and slam it through the gears, get an R154.

would i be able to get the manual box cheaper if get it with the engine? Are they all a straight boltup to the engine? I thought the 2jz had a 6 speed not a 5 speed? the 2jz w58 seems to be the one that intrests me the most

	2jzgte has 6 speed, the 2jzge has 5speed (the earlier 2jzge's anyway).

manual 1jzgte cuts are like 3500-4000ish
auto ones can be had for 1500-2000.

Manual ones come with flywheel and clutch.

You do the maths.

You are better off getting a cut if you want to use factory ecu.

Most cuts are the same price as a motor/box/ecu if they don't come with brakes and panels.

Get on the phone, ring around.

You can normally get a JZA70 conversion kit (box, flywheel, clutch, pedals, tailshaft etc) for about the $2000-$2500 mark.

Almost everything should bolt in.
Pedals will need to be modded a bit.

Plenty of room, radiator should be fine unless you start pumping 20psi of boost.
Just get it cleaned.
