Interested to see what other cars people have owned before their current Toyota's.
To start the ball rolling here is my old bogan VK Calais 308 and my sweet 13B powered Capella Coupe.

1) 1997 hyundai excel twincam... not really mine, but was the only one to drive it
2) 1983 toyota cressida - mine... all mine... loved this car... would get another cressida when money permitted for sure
3) 1987 Toyota Soarer GT Twin Turbo- my favourite car of the three. Currently trying desperately to scrounge parts for manual conversion. Love this car. Of all the cars I've driven (more than just the two above) this is by far my favourite.

I bought my first car in 2003, a hatchback 1984 Volvo 360 GLT. Plush seats, great handling, rwd, electric windows, dish! Spent $2200 (purchase / rego / repairs), blew my brake cylinder and the headgasket and sold it for $300 Lifespan: 6 months
Temporary replacement ride, bought for $500, sold for $900. Lifespan: 1 month
The trusty AE82, sold before I moved to Perth in July 2004. Lifespan: 9 months
The ST162, 10 months of consentual love.

Here's my Mazda MX6...its for sale too!
Getting a 1JZ Cressida soon to replace it so I need to find a buyer. Sad to see it go as it is mechanically A1 and turns heads.

Different front bars and indicators, stock rims on a s3 are 14" as opposed to 13" of s2, larger stock brakes on the s3, some interior changes.

Hey, yeah the 3 inch exhaust is probably best reserved for a turbo rota! haha
The turbo is a hi flow s5 item.
other differences between a s2 and s3 are that a s2 have tinted tail lights and a s3 doesnt.
Also, not that u could tell, s3 has a different stud pattern and vented brakes all round.
The honda was a fantastic car, gave me 40,000ks of trouble free driving from the age of 16-18. i chucked a weber and exhaust on it and it flew pretty hard for a 1.6 hehe
cheers

from first car to now.... (still have the bold cars)
1986 ae82 seca cs, white, gave to cousin at ~280000km, it's now past 400000km and still going strong
2001 ae112 seca levin, dark green. wrote it off driving stupidly
1969 ke10 2door sedan, white, still got it, restoring fully. has been taken back to bare metal, given a lot of loving body care, and repainted original white
1975 ke30 4door sedan, cream, fixed it up a bit and gave it to local tech college to have fun with
1976 ke30 4door sedan, cream, $90 (inc. towing!) parts car, took way more than $90 of bits and eventually sent it to crusher
1969 ke11 2door sedan, badly done metallic blue, still got it but ke1x are really crap for building racecars out of. will keep it anyway
1982 volvo 240 wagon, silver, crap paint, rust, dings, still got it. best ever car parts hauler, cruises very nicely on the highway. fucked cyl head, picking up replacement from melbourne in July. 1uz-fe would be lovely (and fairly easy; have seen it done already and got a good look at it) but too expensive. might get rid of it when it's running again, i'm running out of room
1978 fiat 131 mirafiori wagon, white, was freebie with 6 months rego when my volvo died last year. one of my all time favourites, i gave it back to its previous owner about a month ago. want to have it fixed up for Auto Italia 2006 (though we said we'd have it ready for 2005 too). fantastic to drive, though it is a scary horrible evil thing on slippery roads
1974 ke26 5door wagon, white, was the ex-gf's daily, then my daily for a while. now out of rego and being prepped for hillclimbs
1996 holden apollo, white, 5speed manual. current daily driver. freebie with 12 months rego
