I would give you $10,000 for it but you would have to help me ship it to Townsville, Queensland (I would pay). I have been in the market for a commodore killing corolla for ages. I really want to build one but know one wants to sell me a cheap car that I can GZE or GTE. Your car is already done which is perfect. But the only problem is it is not engineered, that could be a REAL problem. I realise you are probably asking $12,000 for a reason. You can email me on jarredfoley@hotmail.com. I will look in to the engineering side of things in Queensland.

that is probably a good thing as rego and engineering both are useless in another state.. I think

Just some questions on the car.

Any dyno figures, rough power estimates, over 150rwkw?

Are the front discs cross drilled? They look like they are in the side picture.

just asking out of intertest Cool

cheers

Hi Dabbid, would love to buy it off you if I had the cash, but I've got 2 questions for u anyway, if I win the lotto I'll buy the car off you straight away! Smile

1) Have you converted the hand brake cable? (Does the hand brake work?)

2) I've got those Supra/Celica disc in the front of the AE86 too, but the perch of the strut scraps the inside of the wheel arc on tight right corners, I've cut away 4-6mm of the perch, it helped the problem a bit, but it will still scrap on "REAL" tight right corners, (should I tighten the strut a bit more? Razz) Also the bottom of the strut seems to be a bit tight near the front sway bar, do you have the above 2 problems too?

same here, the parts on my sprinter added up more than $11,000, and I've already marked off at least 30% of the prices of the parts of what you would of paid for from importers and wreckers, and people are offering $7000 maximum, my conclusion is you'll never find any serious buyers in toymods!
