datalogging with wbo2

Hi,
I have a tech edge 2eo wbo2 kit.
http://www.wbo2.com/2e0/default.htm
I am about to wire it up to tune my 1jz-gte.
This is what it says about the inputs and outputs. (easier to read on that link above)
Analogue Inputs are U1 and U2. Note that U2 has differential inputs with U2+ the signal input and U2- signal GND which can be above or below real GND level.
Wideband Output WB+ (also known as WBlin+) is referenced to the (ground) level on WB-.
an onboard regulator also supplies 5 Volts on 5V line, for powering external devices such as pressure or temperature sensors.
GND, or negative power connection.
RPM inputs for connection to a conventional ignition coil (COIL), or the LO input accepts a low voltage (5 Volt level) pulse input.
What I would like to know is, which of these should I use? Can I splice the rpm wire from the igniter and put it into the "LO" slot. Or is there something else I would need to do.
What would the analogue slots be used for?
thanks in advance
Chris

Are you doing some kind of autotune? or just using it for a display so you can see the AFR's?
If you are just using it as a display, surely you can just hook up power and earth on the back of it, and the o2 input, and away you go?

To make it display is easy, just power and earth and the wb connected.
What I wanted to do was connect it to my laptop via the computer cable and use the software to datalog the a/f ratio. It can do it against time normally but I wanted to do it against rpm. It says for a single coil thing to use the “coil” one or for a low voltage trigger use the “lo” one. So I am just wondering if it is as simple as splicing the wire from the igniter going to the ecu and sending that signal to the “lo” slot.

You'll probably have to do the LOW one as your car has coil-packs.

It has 2 other spots to log. They are supposed to be analog signals up to 5v.
I would have thought that the TPS could be used for one. judging by http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/articles/engine_2_41.htm
and I am not sure about the MAP sensor? The wolf has its own map sensor that reads to 23psi which I assume would be 5V. Does this sound right?
thanks
