Does any1 in the big wide toymods forums know if that the computer of a 1g-gte auto is interchangable with a 1g-gte manual setup or vice versa?

Yup. My first 1G-GTE was an auto. Went into my car just fine. Not sure about any tricks you might need to do though...

This usually isn't an issue with 1G computers. HOWEVER, I did have a problem when I interchanged a manual yellow plug ecu with an auto grey plug ecu. Even though the pins were physically the same there was obviously a difference between the two. Other than that you shouldn't have a problem.
