hey,
I been tryin to find a good spot to put my map and it's really annoying me with it just getting thrown about the car.
i found this
http://www.ne.jp/asahi/kazu/s660/interior/net1.jpg
http://www.ne.jp/asahi/kazu/s660/interior/net2.jpg
seems a gd idea, i was wondering how i could implement it...
I can get the net stuff, but how would i fasten it to the carpet. It looks really neat how they've done it, but i can't work out how it was done
can someone help me, or come up with a similar idea
I don't have those pockets behind the front seats
and the thingos on the door are useless the map doesn't sit well in it.

I jam mine between the passenger seat and the centre console. Conveniently located and secure. Brilliant!

i can like fold it and shove it in the glove box, but then the glove box becomes useless for anything else, and when you open it, the map will jump out.
I can't put it in between the passenger seat and centre console, as i have my ciggarette lighter multi plug thingi there, and i find it annoying on the drivers side.
hmm, i could try under the passenger seat, should go there.
but this thing looks good, and more professional etc.
so no1 knows how i could secure it like that?

hmm yeh it looks more like those clips...
i think, i have to drill a hole, stick the female end of those clips in the hole...then the male goes over the netting stuff, and into the hole
where do i get those clips from? and will there be anything there that i shouldn't drill through? ie wires or something?

don't you guys have the things on the doors down the bottom, i always store a stash of P plates there and if i have a map there or on the passenger seat, cool idea, i know our pajero had inbuilt holder in the back of the front seats and a net similar behind the second row, but along the whole bench.
Nifty idea if you could install would be good.

yeh i do have those on the door, but the map just 'flops' over and is just a general pain.
yeh most cars have the things on the back seats, but mine doesn't. So yeh, this seems a real good idea, looks good and i like it.
now i just need to knwo where to find those clips

thats what it looks like. First place i would try is supercheap cause i always hit there for stuff otherwise maybe a home hardware place or somethin of the sorts cause those kinda plugs r used a fair bit in house too.
