I am keen to do a S13 suspension swap on my sprinter. (front)
1 thing I would like to know is the rough cost of the components needed. (just the basics - no coilovers ect)
-S13 SR20 Hub with disk and caliper
-AE86 Camber tops
-Lower control arm to suit,
-RA40 Tie Rods
If anyone has sourced these parts before or done this conversion then your help/guidence would be appreciated.
thank u.

RA40 tie rods secondhand should only be $30 per side or so.. You can also use RA60 inner rack ends instead.. Similar price.
Camber tops normally sell for $300 - $400 new..
Cant help with the rest sorry.

How hard would it be to do this to an MA61? I know it will be stupidly difficult, but is it possible?

That price is very good.....especially as u get a chunk brake upgrade at the same time....
a few more Q's for you man..(CRAB-86)
-What coilovers did u use?
-What offset does this mod give?
and (excuse my Noobness)
-Are the AE86 Camber tops defiantly needed? is there an allternative ect?
cheers mate.

you can use S13 tops if u notch the holes out.. no biggie..
basically budget this, Crab got a good deal, so allow for that ok.
here goes
S13 coilovers $250 - $600 pair depends on brand and specs, there are an unthinkable amount of types out there.
S13 LCA $80 - 100 pair high demand due to drifters smacking gutters
S13 Sr20 hub + brake disk and caliper $200
then brake lines, pads $100-200
Tie rods = 40 each brand new, or 10-20 pair from wreakers.

One more thing...
When using S13 strut tops... by notching do you mean...
- make the holes bigger (ie: larger diameter holes)
or
- notch' them out to the side of the original mounting holes...?
(if you can understand that)
thanx.

notch them out to the side and in one case redrill a new hole
you'll see once you put them in your strut towers, one hole fits and the other need some mods.
upside is the stud diam on s13 tops are larger and u can run larger nuts, so its all stronger
