The nrca's have offset holes to give more negative camber if you cannot dial in enough with your strut tops.
How much camber do you want?

Basically the NCRA's will do as the descrption says. They bolt between the lower control arm and bottom of the strut. They move the bottom of the strut out 25mm extra on each side and also aid in getting rid of any bump steer issues as well.
The normal RCA's will assist in getting rid of bump steer only.
You could go the NCRA's but i think then you will need camber tops, depending on how much natural camber your car already has from being lowered.
I am going to get some of these NCRA's but i will have to use camber tops also as i will get about 6 degs of neg camber with the NCRA's from T3.
Currently i am running NCRA's which i knocked up with the help from a machine and friend. They are 26mm thick and give 32mm of extra track. They are perfect and will be for sale also! I am only going the T3 ones because i need to help my bump steer issues a little more because of how low my car is.
Either way i would be going the NCRA's, but depends what you want them to do.
More track, camber and less bump steer or...
Only less bump steer... .i think the choice is fairly obvious....
Feel free to ask any questions.

Well i'm getting a coilver kit that comes with camber tops but i'm worried that i'll still have excessive camber even with it dialed out to the fullest.
I only want about 2.5 degrees.

If your only running 2.5 degress you don't need the neg-camber lower RCAs. You will be able to get that figure very easily with the top of strut plate.
35mm is heaps in reality.

Yeah is thats all the camber that you require then yes.
If you go with the NRCA's then you will end up with a lot more camber than that, without camber tops.
Seems like the normal RCA's will be teh ones for ya.
