Can someone name me some cars around $2000-$3000 reliable anything under 1.6L 4 cylinder engine. I just need a car to get to A-B nothing flashy. And something that is easy to find parts for.

An AE82 Twin-Cam, or any AE92/93 Corolla should fit your bill. Plentiful, reliable, easy to drive.
