Wanted: New Housemate

I'm looking for a new housemate to move in with myself and another early 20s guy studying Science at Monash.
House features;
- Victorian style house with period features (picture rails, etc.)
- Open fire place
- Polished timber floor boards
- Cathedral ceilings with rosettes, etc.
- Timber venetian blinds
- Gas cooktop and oven
Room includes big built in robe, plenty of storage space, big window to front yard and privacy away from living areas.
House is currently furnished, including;
- Stainless steel refrigerator and stand-alone pantry
- Sofa, etc. in lounge
- TV, DVD, Hi-Fi
- Cable internet
- Front-load washer in seperate laundry
Close to public transport by tram, train or bus, shopping strip including ethnic eateries and groceries, park and Carnegie swimming pool.
Available now, rent payable from 1 June.
Looking at around $380/month.

interested, im 20 male does it have a garage???
pictures? and i gather $95 a week is just rent not inc water electric/ cable / food/ etc etc??

Rent is negotiable, there's actually two rooms available. One now, one in July.
There is a garage, but I pay a larger share of the rent because my air compressor, car, etc. is in there at the minute undergoing a motor rebuild. You'd be welcome to use it on a daily basis for mechanical work but my car needs to be garaged inside overnight.
