Hi guys, I have been asked to advertise this for a friend, details as follows:
Toyota Celsior
UCF11
1990
170,000 Kilometres
Dark Green
Velour interior, with massaging back seats, and all the fruit!!
After Maket Mag wheels
The timing belt has been changed, there are no error codes showing in the ECU, and everything in the car functions as per factory, with the exception of the climate control LED screen.(it's gone black, about $300 to replace)
The vehicle is uncomplied!!!!
This is one of the last UCF11's to be imported under the now defunct 15 year old rule.
There has been a repair to the RH rear qtr panel, with signs showing at the "C" pillar, that the qtr was replaced.
Asking price $8,000.00 ono
Compliance work will require 3 door intrusion bars, drivers already has one. Seat belts, and child restraint anchor points. Drivers external mirror, depending on engineer. A hand brake warning light will also have to be installed!
So it would probably be around $10,000.00 to $10,500.00, by the time it is complied and registered for 12 months.
Sorry, no pics at this point in time. Will try to arrange pics.
Call me on 0414 594 173
cheers Chuck.

Takai, yep JW has had a look at the Celsior and given specific instructions on what is required to comply. Drives quite good, no play in front end. However , I have not had it on a hoist to thoroughly check everything. That can, and will be arranged.
cheers Chuck.

Hi Damo, yeah the front intrusion bars are a bit difficult, but not impossible, just an odd angle or two. Thats why, I have allowed about $2,000.00 for the compliance, I reckon it can be done for about 12-15 hundred, if you know what you are doing.
cheers Chuck.
