Here are some pic's of what i have. It bolts into the sump via three small bolts
what i dont know is what model toyota it is from.
It came off an 18rg sump. but i have found no reference to it anywhere.
It is a toyota part!

does anyone know where i can get another from? ive tried to find a part number but no luck so far!!!

Yes it is a Toyota part,(low oil level warning float switch)quite common on 18rg's, and 2TG/3T's. Also found on 1J's.

This is for lazy people who do not check oil levels regularly.

Fill the hole with a blanking plate, and gasket.

correct, old versions are 3 bolt. 1988 onwards, 4 bolt. for dickheads only.
