ok so i paid for an item in america, i have sent the full payment (in two lots because i made a mistake originally), they sent emails confirming they received both payments, but now they are sending me emails saying i still owe the first amount i paid. i have rung them, they said forward us the email where they confirmed payment. i did, they say send the money order numbers. i did. they say ring them with details, i do and they say email. so it goes in circles.
the problem is its been going on for over 60 days and you cant d othe ebay dispute thingo after 60 days. is there something i can do? i have IMO numbers and emails confirming they received payments.
HELP!

I would just ring them up, and stay on the line untill they look up all the numbers and confirm they are shipping the part. They can't be all bad with the number of parts they sell. Just keep ringing.

write a nasty letter complaining of the prohibative nature of the 60 day claim period particularly takign into consideration possible delays expereinced by the very core of the business
international buyers and sellers who have to transfer money
sometimes clear the monioes once recieved and then send the item and have the item finally delivered
also then liable parties avenues have to be explored (autralia post anyone?) before your abel to actually go forth and set a claim
also go and report the matter to the police
they might not be able to do much yet at least you have an item report number for any legal prosecutions in future

thanks for the replies fellas.
i just realised its been less than 60 days yet it wont let me register a complaint saying the item number is not valid.
so i rung them again this mourning and wouldnt get off the phone till they FINALLY agreed they have the money and said it was a problem with the IMO number or whatever and said they will ship it on money.
shortly afterwards i got an email saying im still short in payment

get email address of police station nearest to the business - there might also be an FBI email address covering that region or kind of business- send all the purchase and contact-related information to both of them as well as advising the business owner of this.
you wont get any satisfaction but the local plod will have someone to annoy when they feel bored.

just an update for anyone who cares, i left them some bad feedback and got an email from a guy who said im on the same boat as him and about 900 other people so far this year who have been scammed by procarparts.com and there is a currently a police investigation. this guy claims he emailed them and threatened them with some shit and they sent him a cheque. sounds a little dodgy to me cause he wanted me to mention his name when i complained to procarparts which i did.
just a waring to ppl not to buy from procarparts.com!!!

did they have good feedback at first and then get shitloads of bad ones? maybe there account got highjacked?
otherwise you can take them to court and have to refund you the money and conpensation but that will take a long time, email the guy and get further information.
have you further contacted ebay about this?

Good rule for ebay. If they have anything less than 100% positive feedback, ALWAYS go, find and read their negative feedback. Chances are it's just some idiot being a loser, but always do that.
