I got an ra65 with front discs and rear drums. The wheel cylinders in the drums are stuffed and i was looking at sourcing some ma61 rear calipers and rotors and was wondering wat is involved to make it 4w disc.

From the discussions I've seen on the OCC list, the easiest way is to source a complete MA61 rear subframe and swap the whole lot at once.

hmm.......wheel cylinders are cheap
Realy can`t see why you`d bother with the disc conversion unless your running some crazy engine under the bonnet......
Ummmm...buy a supra if you want all the goodies!

not a whoole lot of point putting rear discs in an RA65... a lot of work for negligible performance gains.
if you want to fork out money on brakes, replace the rear drums with standard celica drums, and put MA61 calipers on the front (not acutally sure if this is possible, but cant see why not)
on this subject, has anybody else noticed that the ra65s *really* dont like stopping freom high speeds?
