7A oil pump into 4AGE bottom end....

Gday,
I am wondering whether anybody knows if the 7a series oil pump will fit the 4a series engine, namely a smallport 4age.
If no one does know, i need a 7a oil pump to try and work it out myself.
I tried searching various items and got bugger all.
So yeah can someone confirm this,

As far as i have heard. What little i have heard!
Any ideas? Can it be confirmed that it does infact flow more anyway?

They flow the same, same internals as 4AGE.From memory, I think they do, but never tried as I've always used a 7AFE bottom end. Casting around the bottom are different, so your timing cover off a 4AGE will not fit.

Mmmmm interesting. So you think that hey flow the same...???
I am thinking i may just stay with the standard pump and go for it. I would like to know though...
