If it rust free, straight and perfect interior, you should consider selling it to the Japanese. They are trying to buy back their automotive history.
There is also a small contingent here in Australia who are fanatical for the old RT40s. I suggest you try advertising it in a classic car mag or something along those lines. There is a newish mag out called "Japanese Car Restorer" catering for this group - I think it has a classifieds section in it.
Otherwise, you'll be hard pressed selling it to a poor student for a couple hundred bucks (particularly with a ? sus gearbox). And they'll destroy it. On face value it looks a bit better than that.
