Options for CT12's

It appears the turbo seals on my 1G are showing their age and are blowing a rather concerning amount of smoke under boost. What are the options here??
Find a spare set with very little / No play or find a set and have them rebuild? I have no idea on the costs of having them rebuilt so some Ballpark idea would be good.
Single turbo at this stage is not an option as I have just purchesed the car and I really just want to iron out some small issues with out hurting my already sore bank balance more than I really need to.
Cheers
Simon.

I picked up a set off here for not much money - it'll be easier to just spend $100-$200 on a set of gen2/3 turbos. Thats if you're strapped for cash.

Yeah looks like the best way, I just haven't been able to find a definate cost to rebuild, some threads say $300 per turbo others say $900.
It's not so much strapped for cash its more there are better places to spend the money first. ie. 140-150rwkw through a standard sprinter diff = noisy diff centre (over time) Big single turbo and 180-200rwkw = diff soup (sometime next month or there abouts)
The general consensus of what I have searched seems to go the way of finding a decent set of turbos as opposed to rebuild.
