It is the new Garrett it is between GT T25 / GT T28
The gt25 turbo runs a T04 compresser housing which can easily handle 450+hp and an exhaust to go well over 450hp with A/R ratios from 0.4 to well over 1.0!. The gt28 only runs a T03 compresser front end and a small exhaust housing/wheel.
