HELP! I need to know how people who have converted the 1g-gte into single turbo got the header plate for the turbo manifold made?!?! I've been trying to get laser cutters in the area to do it for me, and they are wanting to charge exorbitant prices for doing it! Has anyone got a template or something for such a process?

You could always OXY cut it and then diegrind it smooth as it would save alot of money!

I ment Oxy cut a new one out of flat bar. and if you cleaned it up properly then it would be fine. otherwise it will cost a lot to get on laser cut, i know this because i work for a metal fab shop.

The thing is, the buy who has the car, Dennis at PET, is the guy who usually gets his header plates done by one particular guy, and this guy is now cracking the shits and asking heaps of money for it. So he's ringing around now to try and get someone to make one up for him.
