i am thinking of selling my celica ta22 1975mdl i am 17 and my mum thinks it not safe enough , and i am not sure what price i should sell it for. It has only done i think 185,000ish and i think it might have had a reco on the engine recently the interior is perfect no tears only minor cracks in the dash nothing you wouldn't expect in a car that age. the paint is good not perfect but yeah just wondering what i should sell it for i have been told as high as $7,000 and as low a $3,500 so could any one help me out? thanks alot

1975 LT good original condition $1,000 to $3,000
1975 GT good orginal condition $skys the limit
$3,500, no way, if its still got the 2T, let alone 7k.

Hey dude,
why dont u take some digi photos of it so we can rate it!
if u put it in the f/s section on the forums as an 'Expressions Of Interest' you may get ppl who are keen on it and willing to make u offers. Or at least u will have an idea of the value, so u can put it in the trader..
I dare say if the body is shmick-as you will get around $3500 form the right buyer. Original models do fetch a pretty penny these days, but u cant expect too much.
$7000 could land you an import turbo car ie: soarer/supra/180sx/rx7, so dont expect heaps of buyers unless ur car really is show'n'shine condition/drag monster/boosting off its face with mad rims'n'pearlescent paint...
