Anyone on here know how to use Remote Administrator V2.2?

Downloaded this tonight, but I can't figure out how to get it working properly?
I know I have the right IP address because it got 100% when I pinged the other PC.
Only trying to get it to work on the other PC on the network, just cant get R_Server to work on the remote PC?
Ive got Win XP SP2, and remote PC has Win98SE.
They are linked through a wireless router.
Thanks heaps to anyone that has used this program before and can help me out!

disable the firewall that comes in SP2 and i think that should do the trick.
