Looking for a program... Wed, 25 May 2005 11:11 Go to next message
I'm looking for a program which can be used to merge & compare spreadsheets & other MS office applications.

For example, if there are two users working on the same excel spreadsheet, and one user adds tabs & data to the spreadsheet, is there a way these changes can be incorporated into the original spreadsheet without manually copying & pasting each individual change?

I know about using shared documents but both people are not located on the same network, so i'm looking for some sort of remote solution. I've done a Google search and found some programs but they mainly relate to lists & databases.

Hi,

I assume you're using Excel? If the spreadhseets are identical with their field lengths, attributes etc, then write a macro to do it for you.
