Resizing conrods

Does the process of resizing conrods involve machining the big end bearing surfaces to spec, or something else?

Oh unless deck height is measured the other way (ie the lower the piston the greater the deck height)

thats only if they mill the rod, if they just do the cap then the center to center will be like 0.0015"

actually the deck height doesnt have naything to do with the pistons, all that refers to is the block only

So the deck height won't change then when the conrods are resized....but the piston may sit lower ... ?

risize rod bolt holes aswell and have a machinist fit the.better than just knocking them in and always replace them.
