Hey i was just wondering if it was possible to do this. I have been offored a engine and trans from a 1600 LT and i wanted to put it in the corolla i have sitting out the back, if it is possible could someone give me a few pointers or things to watch out for.

Any help at all would be muchly appreciated.

Buddy....
I have just done this a little while ago, it is as easy as taking the old 4k out and dropping in the 2t with gearbox.
Will all line up, the hardest thing is to change your clutch to hydraulic, I have just done this also, except for making the bracket for the peddle.
