Replace dizzy seals or buy a recoed one? Mon, 30 May 2005 07:35 Go to next message
Hey guys, my dizzy is rooted and leaking oil everywhere, took it to mechanic and he confirmed that the inside seals are all rooted.
I talked about replacing all the seals myself and he said it would be better to just buy a recoed one?
Luckily I have a spare one lying around, but if this is suffering the same problem what would I be better off doing, forking out for a recoed one, or pull it apart and replace all the seals inside myself?
The engine is just a 4AGE Bluetop.
Thanks heaps for any info on this.
cheers.

if you feel handy.. or even vaguely competent, just do em yourself... that other thread even shows pics so you know what you are in for....

or get a mechanically minded friend to do it Wink
